In accordance with the Australian Broadcasting Authority requirements and the Federation of Australian Commercial Television Stations Code of Practice, complaints about Channel Nine programs should be directed in writing to the television station. If you have a complaint about a story, programming changes (including those due to sporting events and so on), these are best addressed formally by writing to Channel Nine. Programming complaints can be addressed to the Head of News and Current Affairs or the Programming Director at the address below.
Complaints about items on 60 Minutes should be directed in writing to the Executive Producer at 60 Minutes. All such letters should be sent to PO Box 27, Willoughby, NSW 2068.
Complainants should include their name, address and contact phone number. Complaints cannot be addressed by Channel Nine unless they are submitted in this way.
