Beauty Q & Acosmetics
All the A-listers seem to have the biggest trout pouts! Is it surgery or are there ways to get bigger lips naturally?

Lips looking thinner than Nicole Richie? Here's how to fatten them up, fast.

1. Ditch the dark colours
When J.Lo's stylist gave her an image overhaul, the first thing to go was that daggy, dark red lipstick. Why? Pale lipstick and loads of gloss are all you need for full lips; dark colours just make them look smaller. First, try a lip-plumping product such as Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Plump Perfect Lip Moisture Cream, $42. Then smooth on a sheer layer of foundation to ensure the shade you use stays true to the colour in the tube. Blend with your finger for a sexy, kissable finish.
2. Slick on more gloss
Want even bigger lips? Just draw them on. No, not with bright red lip liner. Flesh-toned lip liner (drawn just over the lip line) creates the illusion of a fuller mouth. Follow with a beige, latte, baby pink or pale coral lipstick, then smother with shimmery gloss for maximum impact.
3. The celeb solution
Wonder how celebs get such perfect-looking pouts? It's probably not just lipstick. Many Hollywood players use professional help (and a needle) to achieve the lips they desire. Dr Mark Kohout, a Sydney-based plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon says, "Restylane gives the red part of the lip volume, making lips look fuller, while collagen gives a crisp, defined border around the lip line." Fillers like these are costly (around $500 per syringe), but the effect lasts up to six months.
