Beauty Q & Acosmetics
I’m 17 and on a VERY tight budget and therefore limited to cheaper cosmetics and skincare products. I know using any moisturiser is better than no moisturiser at all, but do products from Ponds, Maybelline etc, really do the same job as the more expensive brands?

The brands you mention are all fantastic. At your age you really shouldn't need to spend lots of money on expensive face creams. In fact, the most important thing in your skincare regimen should be sunscreen (wear it everyday) this will save you money buying anti-ageing creams down the track.

When it comes to cosmetics there is absolutely no need to overspend. Maybelline has an expansive cosmetics range to cater to all your makeup needs and their mascaras have a fabulous reputation within the industry.

Try to buy multi-purpose products to really save - an Australis Shimma Stick, $12.95, for example, can be used on cheeks bones as a bronzer, on eyes as a shimmery shadow and lips with a coat of clear gloss. Hope this help!
